Over two decades working across tourism, snow sports, retail, consumer brands and technology taught me something useful: the best ideas only count when they work in the real world.
I've led teams in Japan's mountain resorts, steered businesses through growth and change, built brands and customer experiences, and paired the experience with an MBA specialising in Leadership.

My husband calls me time blind. I prefer to think of it as optimism.
